Terms and conditions

1. LocalMaps is made available under a named user licensing model, thereby aligning with Esri Premium Apps i.e. subscription based, per annum.
2. Each administrator (also referred to as an ‘End-User’) of Localmaps requires at least one Level 2 named user license, either on ‘ArcGIS Online’ or ‘ArcGIS Enterprise’.
3. The LocalMaps price (if applicable) is based on a per organisation, per annum basis.
4. Eagle will be responsible for installation of Localmaps for the applicable End-User. Configuration of the content of LocalMaps is the responsibility of the End-user unless a specific request for Eagle to carry out this work at additional cost has been agreed to.
5. Approved partners shall be provided with internal use only copies of Localmaps for internal development, internal training, and internal testing use at no cost.
6. At Eagle’s discretion end users will be provided with roadmap information when available.
7. End-Users of LocalMaps will only have access to the Localmaps application / Deployed Apps; they will not have access to the source code.
8. Customers of LocalMaps will need to sign the Localmaps End User Licence Agreement prior to being given access to LocalMaps.
9. Eagle shall provide 1 month notice of any change to pricing. Any increase in price / fee due to Eagle shall not affect the current term of any existing licences.
10. LocalMaps code and inherent intellectual property remains the property of Eagle Technology and cannot be distributed or on sold without written permission from Eagle Technology.
11. The Localmaps codebase is covered by the Eagle Standard Support Policy. https://www.eagle.co.nz/gis-support-policy. This means that any issues outside the configuration will not be supported.

Contractual Terms & Conditions

As supplemented by this document and the ‘terms and conditions’ (below), the Eagle Technology General Terms apply to all products and services within this document and are available at https://www.eagle.co.nz/sites/default/files/General_Terms_0.pdf and are incorporated into this document by reference.

This Agreement is effective on the date of final signature below and is between Eagle Technology Group Ltd (“Eagle”) and the (“Customer”) detailed in the signature panel of this Agreement, and relates to Eagle’s solution ‘Localmaps’ (“Software”). The Software is licensed to you either as an on premise deployment (“On-Premise Version”) or as an online service (“Online Version”).

IMPORTANT: BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT AND BY EITHER:

FOR THE ON-PREMISE VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE, ELECTING TO INSTALL THE SOFTWARE OR BY HAVING THE SOFTWARE INSTALLED ON YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM BY LICENSOR OR A THIRD PARTY (WHICH WILL BE DEEMED TO ACT AS YOUR AGENT WITH YOUR EXPRESS CONSENT); OR

FOR THE ONLINE VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE, ACCESSING AND/OR USING THE SOFTWARE VIA LICENSOR’S ONLINE SERVICE; YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
